This mini asado cross enables you to cook asador style with your Portico Home grill. It slots into the the sides so you can cook traditional Argentine beef ribs (costillar) and many other cuts.

The three point base on this mini asado attachment allows you to alter how close your asado is to the fire depending on what and how you are cooking. If you have built your fire up a bit too much you can move the asado away from the fire to ensure it doesn't burn or over cook, yet stays close to the indirect heat so it doesn't stop cooking or toughen up.
