Roasting a chicken in the oven is one thing. Roasting it over the hot coals of a real fire is another. With our custom-made chicken baskets, it’s easy to grill chicken to perfection. You won’t need any wire or string, just pop your chicken in, close it up and you’re good to go. Or, if you’ve already got a larger cut of meat roasting on your Asado Cross, use your basket to add some side dishes. Corn on the cob, anyone?
