Our asado grills are designed large enough for you to be able to stoke up a fire under half to two thirds of the grill allowing you at least one third of the grill experiencing indirect heat, this way you have complete control over your cooking, being able to move your meat, vegetables or fish away from the flames whilst your fire settles down or builds up depending on what and how you are cooking.
