FULL DAY LIVE FIRE ASADO COURSE 12/05/2025
Become an asador for the day at our Live Asado Masterclasses hosted by Fire Made founders, Tom Bray and Ana Ortiz.
You’ll enjoy an unforgettable live fire cooking experience set in the beautiful Somerset countryside.
Using a variety of techniques and under expert guidance, you will be taught everything you need to know about how to prepare a feast with fire. Tom & Ana will walk you through each step of the process, from preparing the meat and attaching it to the Asado cross to positioning it correctly over the fire. Best of all, once your belly starts to rumble, you’ll get to tuck in to a delicious feast!

Timings: 10.30am to 4.30pm
what you will cook
Whole lamb 'a la cruz'
Beef ribs
Hung beef fore rib
Salt baking
Plank cooking
Fire veg (onions, leeks, butternut squash etc.)
Potatoes (cooked on the chapa griddle)
Chimichurri
Salmuera (a delicious basting liquid for the meat)
Plus learning how to use our fire tools - flambadou, grill basket etc
what's included
• Woodfired brunch follows the initial meat prep 11.15am
• Feast at around 1:30pm
• Lamb a la cruz flatbread 4pm with plenty of extras in between
• Beer and soft drinks throughout the day & wine with the feast.
