Tom works miracles. He took my badly drawn idea on the back of a napkin and brought it to life within 24 hours. Our hearth at St Leonards is quite simply the most fun 'live fire' piece of kit I’ve cooked on. Tom understands the need for versatility, and as a result we’ve added many extra parts to the hearth. It continues to grow with our menu and ideas. I would love to recommend Tom to everyone, but selfishly don’t want everyone with a grill as good as ours!
