what you will cook
Whole lamb 'a la cruz'
Hung beef fore rib
Fire veg (onions, leeks, butternut squash etc.)
Potatoes (cooked on the chapa griddle)
Salmuera (a delicious basting liquid for the meat)
Plus learning how to use our fire tools - flambadou, grill basket etc
• Woodfired brunch follows the initial meat prep 11.15am
• Feast at around 1:30pm
• Lamb a la cruz flatbread 4pm with plenty of extras in between
• Beer and soft drinks throughout the day & wine with the feast.
